Squeaky Cleaner cleans hardwood and laminate floors without the residue left behind by other detergents. Basic's Squeaky Cleaner is recommended for cleaning prior to recoating, as well as for general maintenance cleaning of wood floors. Squeaky Cleaner is also ideal for cleaning laminate floors and is the second cleaning step of the Tykote Dustless Recoating System for recoating wood floors.

Direction for Use:
Don't use this product with any wax-finished floors. Squeaky Cleaner has been formulated for use on urethane-finished wood floors. Don't pour Squeaky Cleaner directly on the wood floor. Excess liquid on any hardwood floor may damage the fibers.
1. Sweep or vacuum the wood floor.
2. Mix one part Squeaky Cleaner to four parts water.
3. Squeaky can then be transferred into a spray bottle for spot cleaning. To spot clean, spray Squeaky Cleaner on a clean micro fiber pad or dry towel and wipe the surface clean.
4. For large surfaces, mix Squeaky Cleaner in a bucket using the recommendd dilution ratio. Soak several large towels in the solution, making sure they are thoroughly wet. Wring out the towels to remove excess moisture. Wrap a towel aroud a push broom and tack the floor. To prevent redeposit of dirt and oil, refold towel using clean sides as needed. Pay special attention to corners. Repeat the procedure in each area of the floor until the entire floor has been cleaned.
5. If using an automatic scrubber, use a dilution rate of 4 parts water to 1 part Squeaky Cleaner with a white or red pad. Make sure squeegees and buffing pads work well. Aperson with a mop must follow behind the scrubber to pick up any water that is not picked up from the machine. Pay special attention to corners.

Squeaky Concentrate Commercial Floor Cleaner is great for general maintenance cleaning of wood floors, laminate floors and synthetic gym floors. Tough on dirt, gentle on floors and cleans without leaving a residue. Squeaky is an excellent commercial-grade cleaner for all wood and laminate floors. Squeaky is a pre-cleaner during the finish or recoating process, and it's the second step in the two-part cleaning process for the TyKote® Dustless Recoating System.

Directions:
1. Sweep or vacuum the wood floor.
2. Mix one part Squeaky to five parts water.
3. Place several large towels in bucket.
4. Wring out towels untill they are damp.
5. Wrap towel around a broom adn tack the floor untill it is completely free of dirt and oil. To prevent redeposit of dirt and oil, refold towel using clean sides as needed.
6. When the floor is dry, it is ready for screening or application of the TyKote Dustless Refinishing System.
