30-Day No-Hassle Exchange and Return Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund of product; shipping and handling is not refundable. For Free Shipping Products, restocking fees are 30% to 60% of your purchase (restocking fee will covers the shipping and handling cost). Customer must email us at njfloor@gmail.com first with 5 digit order ID number, this will ensure that you ordered from us, then recieve the proper exchange or refund for your return.

When you are comparing our prices with other online retailers, please make sure you are checking the total price (which includes the price of the item, shipping costs, and applicable taxes) and order processing time. We would be very surprised if you find a total price lower than ours, but let us know if you do and we'll attempt to match it at your next time of purchase. We committed to bringing you great value and service, which means offering you great products at great everyday low prices.

*Guarantee excludes clearance/closeout items, non-retail, private sales, membership clubs, coupon items, free shipping items and auction websites. The internet site must have the exact brand and model available for purchase and delivery. (Out of stock or back ordered items are not eligible). Only one dicount per order. Free shipping is an ultimate discount. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or item that is already discounted.

All shipping & handling is for Standard Ground Delivery Service within the 48 Contiguous States only.
In order to provide you with the absolute best prices available anywhere online or in stores, some items may be "drop shipped" from the Manufacturer (factory) or from their Warehouse Distribution Facility directly to you. If the item you order is stocked in multiple locations we will ship it from the closest source to you. Some products are shipped from locations offering only UPS Delivery Service while some branches also offer UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPO Delivery options.

Package Tracking Numbers
We will ship your package from the closest warehouse, whenever possible, to ensure the fastest delivery time. If your item is out-of-stock at the closest warehouse your order may be re-processed from an alternate, more distant warehouse location. This does not effect the shipping charge you pay! However, it may result in a delay in forwarding the shipment’s tracking number to you. You can request a tracking number from us, but please be patient while the correct tracking information is being obtained, which may take up to 4 OR 5 days.

Order Fulfillment Time
Most orders are "processed and on the road" to you within 7-14 working days from the day we receive your order. Depending on the time of day your order is received and the daily order volume at any given shipping location, it may take one extra day to ship your merchandise.
Please note: No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
If we are unable to ship your order from any of our facilities within five working days, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone you so you may make other arrangements to find your item(s) elsewhere.

All our orders are shipped by United Parcel Service via regular Ground Delivery Service or USPS or Fed-Ex Ground Delivery Service.

Wrong Address Information:
If the address you gave us has any mistakes causing the delivery company to be unable to deliver the package, you will responsible for either lost and damaged product or we will send your product again but you are responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, you must email to njfloor@gmail.com immediately!

In the event you cancel an order after the merchandise has been processed or shipped and is en route to you, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred in the transaction and a credit card processing fee of 15% (even if you do not accept the delivery from the shipper). This is to cover the fee that is charged to us when we process your order with your credit card.

We reserve the right to deny order of anyone.

Delivery Times

Since orders come from different location in the United States delivery times vary. Many items ships next day. This means it will leave our facility the day after you place your order.

Delivery will be delayed during our annual vacations. The vacation duration will be posted on our website.

After the item has shipped, it usually will take 3-5 business days to reach your location. Please reserve calling for status information until these times are met. Tracking information is not always available because your item may be drop shipped from a manufacturer.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of receipt in new and unworn condition in their original packaging.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange the item within 28 days of receipt as long as the item is in new and unworn condition inside its original packaging.

A copy of the original packing slip and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must accompany all returns.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a PayPal refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price less any applicable restocking fees and shipping/handling charges to and from our warehouse facility.

Restocking fees will be 30% of your purchase (excluding shipping/handling).

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept and prefer VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover on our secure web server. We also accept PayPal, personal and cashier checks, and money orders. Money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks must clear before items are shipped.
