1) Where can I buy your floor care products locally?

We do not know which local store carry our products. We do know most of big box stores do not carry high quality floor care products which we are selling. That is why we have this e-commerce store here to meet your needs.

2) How should I take care my hardwood floor and laminate floor?

- Dry Clean: Vacuum, sweep or dry mop floor with microfiber mop pad once a week, or more if needed. The vacuum head must be brush with a wand to avoid scratches.

- Damp Clean: Periodically, as necessary, thorothly clean the floor with recommended floor cleaner. Spray the floor cleaner directly onto the floor or follow the perticular cleaner instructions. Don't allow excess cleaner to remain on the floor's surface. Excess liquid may damage the wood.

- Preventative Care: Spills and tracked-in dirt shoud be wiped up immediately. Use interior and exterior doormats at all entrances to minimize dirt and moisture from being tracked onto the floor. Area or runner rugs are recommended in front of sinks, at high traffic areas. Don't use rugs with solid rubber or vinyl backings. The rugs must be made of a breathable material to prevent moisture entrapment.
- Never clean or wet mop with water. Water may permanently damage the floor.
- Never use any of the following products (or products similar in nature) on your floor: ammonia-based cleaners, acrylic finishes, wax-based products, detergents, bleach, polishes, oil soap, abrasive cleaning soaps, or acidic materials such as vinegar. Many of these products can pit or etch the finish of your flooring or prevent the proper use of recommended maintenance materials.
- Keep animal nails trimmed to minimize finish scratches. Do not walk on your floor with high heeled shoes, shoes with heel taps or sharp objects.
- Use floor protector on all furniture. Don't roll or slide heavy objects directly on the floor.

3) Can I wear high heeled shoes on my hardwood floor?

We do not recommend you wear high heeled shoes or shoes with heel taps or sharp objects. An automobile has a load of approximately 30 lbs. per square inch. An elephant exerts a load of approximately 60-100 lbs. per square inch; however, ladies' high-fashioned heels can seriously damage all types of floor covering. A 125 lb. woman wearing these heels exerts in excess of 2,000 lbs. pressure per square inch. These shoes can dent hardwood, vinyl and rubber floors, chip ceramic tiles and puncture carpet and pad.
